Dr. Crow attended college at Stetson University in Deland, Florida and dental school at the University of Pittsburgh. He joined the United States Navy in 1993 and has since been stationed in Portsmouth, VA, San Diego, CA, Bethesda, MD and Bangor, WA.

Dr. Crow is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. The title of Diplomate marks a significant achievement beyond the mandatory education requirements of the specialty.
